Creamy Dupioni Silk is adorned with exceptionally beautiful embellished lace and matching train.  The lace is heavily embellished with silver thread, beads, multi-coloured sequins and tiny flowers and has a beautifully detailed scalloped edged.   The slightly yellowish tinge to the lace gives it an antique look.

Made from certified 100% organic silk (Cultivated Bombyx silk) from India.  Also known as “Peace Silk”.  The silk is raised in small farms that practice natural raising techniques consistent with Organic cultivation standards.  The silk worm is not harmed during cultivation.  The fabric is light and airy and is similar to a polished cotton.  The stuffing is 100% organic and is made from a fiber extracted from the seed pod of the Kapok tree in the rainforest and is baby soft to the touch and has the comfort of down.  Kapok is used in the massage and yoga industry in their products.
